The handballers of the SG Flensburg-Handewitt have created a good starting position for reaching the quarter-finals in the Champions League. The North Germans won the playoff first leg against the Hungarian champion Pick Szeged with 25:21 (14:10). Best throwers were Hampus tub with five goals for Flensburg and Imanol Garciandia with five hits for the guests. The second leg will take place on April 7 in Hungary.
