In the last game of the regular season in the basketball Bundesliga, the MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg secured the home advantage for the first playoff round.
The Swabians won 98:83 (46:41) against the MLP Acadmics Heidelberg and thus stay in fourth place.
The Ludwigsburgers initially struggled against the guests.
The throws from the triple line did not fall, so Heidelberg could pull away on seven points.
In the second quarter, however, the hosts presented themselves again in the usual strong shape and, thanks to a 12-0 run, were able to take a tour.
In the second half, the home side were able to expand their lead and collected important confidence in front of the playoffs again.
There they meet Ratiopharm Ulm.
